Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 2.5 million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On October 16, 2013, at around 00:10, the Defendant driven a Bbe-cr cruise car under the influence of alcohol content of about 1 0.096% from the road where it is impossible to find out whether it is located in the upper Dong-gu, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-si to the same 528 Lanan apartment 2338 underground parking lots.
