Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On July 5, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and eight months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. at the Changwon District Court on the grounds of a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Port Prison on November 27, 2018.

【Criminal Facts】

The Defendant is not a person dealing with narcotics, and shall not administer or possess a psychotropic drug campopon (one copon (one copon; hereinafter referred to as “copon”).

1. On January 11, 2019, the Defendant: (a) stored approximately 0.03gg of philophones for a single-use injection machine, which had been delivered from an insector in the building Mhap-si B and his own residence; and (b) injected them with water in a way of injecting them into the left part of the blusium.

2. The Defendant, from January 14, 201 to May 15, 2019, administered approximately 0.03g of a philopon for one-time medication with water in a single-use injection machine, which had been in custody by a nonscopic person in his/her dwelling from around January 14, 2019, and administered them by means of infecting them with water, and administered them twice in total by means of administering approximately 0.03g of a single philopon which was in custody by the same method.

3. On January 18, 2019, the Defendant administered approximately 0.03 g of philophones administered once with water in a single-use injection machine, which had been delivered by the insurine in his/her residence, and divating them with water, and administered them by means of infecting the left upper part of the elbow, and 0.03 g of philophones administered twice in the same manner.

4. On January 19, 2019, at around 15:30, the Defendant possessed 4.93 g of philopon, which was issued by a Buddhist person, in his/her dwelling place, by inserting it in his/her clothes room and keeping it in his/her clothes room.
