A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From B, the Defendant, who came to know through the introduction of the land seal, received a proposal from the customs office that he would make a payment of the gold bullion purchased in China to Korea for the transportation of the gold bullion without reporting it to the customs office, and agreed to do so. The Defendant knew that it is not easy for customs office to detect metal detection devices in the event of concealing gold bullion in the port part of the port part, because it is not easy to detect it by the customs office. The Defendant attempted to transport gold bullion without reporting it to the customs collector by means of a method concealing six gold bars (1.2kgg) in the weight of 200g, in the face of the 200g breadth, as a method concealing in the port part of the paragraph part of the B part of the customs office.

From March 10, 2017 to March 30, 2017, the Defendant discovered six g of gold bars (268,860,000 won of goods cost of 268,000 won) as stated in the attached list No. 1 to 5 of the daily list of crimes, and discovered six g of customs clearance (2.6 g., volume of goods to be reported to the head of the relevant customs office on March 26, 2017).
