A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant came to know from F and G, which came to know in the course of the introduction of L and D, to the effect that the gold bars purchased from China or Korea, will be paid in the form of transport on face to Korea or Japan without reporting to the customs office without reporting to the customs office, and that it is not easy for customs office to detect them in the event that the metal detection machine is concealed in the port of resistance, and that it is not easy for the Defendant to detect them in the customs office, with the knowledge that it is not easy to detect them in the event that the metal detection machine was concealed, the Defendant attempted to transport the gold bars without reporting to the customs office by means of the method concealing five (1k) to six (1.2k) gold bars in the shape of the 200g weight of the nes, in the form of the five (1k) through six (1.2k).

Since then, around November 6, 2016, the Defendant entered the Jung-gu Incheon International Airport and entered the Incheon International Airport into the Republic of Korea, and exported five gold bars of 200g weight (52,580,000 won for goods, 1km, 52,580,000 won for goods) from the port to the port, without reporting to the customs office as seen above. In collusion with the above D, the Defendant sealed two gold bars from November 6, 2016 to November 13, 2016 by the following methods: (a) as shown in the list of crimes No. 1 to 2, as shown in the attached Table No. 1 to 2, the gold bars (104,65,000 won for goods).

In addition, the Defendant, from around November 20, 2016 to December 29, 2016, entered the aircraft arriving in the Dong Incheon International Airport through the above airport entry port, and entered the country through the above airport entry port. The Defendant, in collusion with the above D, concealed six gold bars of 200g weight (1.2kg, goods cost of 5,188,000 won) into the Republic of Korea without reporting to the customs office as above, and then sealed with the manual entering the Republic of Korea. From around November 20, 2016 to around December 29, 2016, in collusion with the above D, from around November 1, 2016 to around December 11, 2017, in collusion with F and from around July 1, 2017, 2017, the Defendant conspired with F and from around November 1, 2011, 317, 2017.
