1. The defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won;

2. If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a unregistered one without a license plate.

1. On May 23, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license on around 10:30 on May 23, 2017, and driving a approximately 4 KK on the front of the license test site located in the front of the elementary distance in the Seocho-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.

2. The Defendant violated the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act: (a) operated the foregoing Oral Ba, which was not covered by mandatory insurance at the same time and place as “A” before, and at the same time.
