Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Accordingly, the Defendant stolen two bicycles worth KRW 200,000 of the market price owned by the victims.
나. 피고인은 2020. 10. 19. 04:56 경 대구 달성군 DA 아파트의 BZ 동 자전거 보관소에서 그곳에 세워 진 피해자 DB 소유의 시가 약 50만 원 상당의 엘 파마 벤 토르 (V4000) 자전거 1대, 피해자 DC 소유의 시가 약 200만 원 상당의 첼로 XC50 자전거 1대 등 시가 합계 250만 원 상당의 자전거 2대를 절단기로 잠금장치를 끊고 가져 가 절취하였다. 3. 2020. 10. 24. 경 절도 피고인은 2020. 10. 24. 02:56 경 경산시 DD 아파트 DE 동 자전거 보관소에서 그곳에 세워 진 피해자 CV 소유의 시가 52만 원 상당의 메리다 빅 세 븐 자전거 1대를 절단기로 잠금장치를 끊고 가져가고, 2020. 10. 24. 03:00 경 같은 아파트 DF 동 자전거 보관소에서 그곳에 세워 진 피해자 DG 소유의 시가 100만 원 상당의 예거 아 츠 펜 7 S 사이즈 자전거 1대를 같은 방법으로 가지고 갔다.
