Punishment of the crime

C (Suspension of indictment on the same day) is the owner of a sexual traffic business in the name of “D” and “E”, and F is the head of the above business office who performs the role of setting up the hotel guest rooms and furnishing equipment, and the defendant is the head of the above business office who performs the role of guiding sexual traffic workers in return for the price of sexual traffic from female workers and males who purchase sexual traffic in return for sexual traffic.

The Defendant, along with C and the head of office F, employed female workers of G and H, and advertised sexual traffic brokerage through "I", etc., and F promised to arrange the hotel guest rooms. The Defendant agreed to receive 300,000 won from gender-purchasing males who reported and contacted the above advertisement to receive 60,000 won from 30,000 won as the price for sexual traffic and provide guidance to sexual intercourse.

At around 19:00 on November 10, 2016, the Defendant, along with C and F, arranged commercial sex acts in collusion with C and F, the owner of the business, and the head of the office, from October 10, 2016 to November 10, 2016, by providing guidance to KRW 500,000,000 as the price for commercial sex acts from L, which was found in order to engage in commercial sex acts at the second-class parking lot of the K hotel located in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentJ, and by providing guidance to F, to the above hotel guest room 506, which he planned in advance, and allowing F to conduct commercial sex acts with H and sexual intercourse.
