A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall make a false indication of origin or make an indication that may cause confusion as to the origin.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from July 1, 2012 to July 27, 2012, sold Cheongdo-si 350g Goods 178 at Cheongdo-si, Cheongdo-si, Co., Ltd., and indicated the origin as the head of Cheongdo-si.

As a result, the Defendant made a false indication of origin or made an indication that may cause confusion.
