Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On February 23, 2015, the defendant prepared a complaint against C at the Incheon Yeonsu Police Station Women's Youth Investigation Team located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon City, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon, with the aim of having C receive criminal punishment.
The principal of the complaint: “1. The Defendant rapes the complainant around June 201; rapes each month from March 201 to December 2014; rapes each month or once a week from March 201 to December 2014; rapes the complainant by citing the knife in the residence of the complainants on or around January 9, 2015;
2. “However, the fact was that the Defendant was the content of “A”. However, from June 201 to January 201, 2015, the Defendant had sexual intercourse with C, taken pictures of bals, and shared them to the “Nonsururg”, which is a mobile phone fishing system.
