Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Power】 On May 17, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to three years in Seoul High Court to imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on May 25, 2019.

【Criminal Facts of Crimes】 The Defendant and B advertised a used vehicle not in possession of the real property as if they were sold at a much lower price than the market price, and advertised on the Internet, etc. as if they were sold at the above prices, thereby inducing the victim as if they actually sold the pertinent vehicle at the advertisement price. The Defendant, as a result of the dispatch, led the victim to enter into a contract as if they were sold at the low price or at the low price of other similar vehicles as if they were sold at the low price as if they were published in the advertisement with respect to the false property. As such, the Defendant conspired to sell the used vehicle which did not have any information to the victim in order to sell the vehicle at a lower price than the market price.
