On June 9, 2016, at around 20:0, the Defendant, a public official affiliated with the Gangnam-gu Office Construction and Management and B Team, and a public official affiliated with the B Team, and a public official affiliated with D in front of the “F” located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, in which the Defendant used to regulate and collect goods accumulated for sale, carry them out of the control vehicle, and attempted to take them out of the control vehicle, and interfere with D’s control and collection by force.
