Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who cultivates and sells a plastic house located in the Gyeongbuk-gun C of the Gyeongbuk-do.

1. No person shall commit a crime from March 3, 2016 to April 4, 2016 under the disguised selling of the country of origin of agricultural and fishery products;

Nevertheless, from March 3, 2016 to April 4, 2016, the Defendant received and sold KRW 1,350 g 3,401,00 in the above Chapter to the Dondong-gun, Nonghyup, the south-gun, the south of the Republic of Korea located in the south of the Gyeongdong-gun, by means of dividing the origin into 10km 10 g g 135 g g 1,350 g g 1,350 g g 3,401,00 in the above Chapter, which is located in the south of the Gyeongdong-gun, the Donsan-si, the Donsan-si, the Don-si, the Don-si, the Don-si, was marked as Don

Accordingly, the defendant committed an act of selling agricultural and fishery products disguisedly.

2. No person who commits a crime on April 5, 2016 shall store or display any agricultural or fishery product for the purpose of sale by forging its origin.

Nevertheless, around 12:00 on April 5, 2016, the Defendant stored the said vinyl in the said plastic house for the purpose of sale by dividing the place of origin into 10 km 10 g, the place of origin of which is the Gyeongsan, the place of origin of which is the Gyeongsan, into 10 km 10 g, the place of origin of which is indicated as the Gyeongbuk, and by means of a disguised entry into 10 km g, in the said plastic house.

Accordingly, the defendant stored agricultural and fishery products for the purpose of sale in disguised manner.
