Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the representative of the incorporated foundation B, a specific fire-fighting object D, and the old citizens living in the elderly who have difficulty with mobility, and the Defendant did not install the simple sprinkler equipment up to February 4, 2014, which is a fire extinguishing equipment, by the above deadline. Since then, the Defendant was ordered to install a simple sprinkler equipment up to July 1, 2015 by the chief of the Scheon Fire Station.
Nevertheless, the Defendant did not install a simple sprinkler until July 1, 2015.
Accordingly, the Defendant violated the necessary measures ordered by the chief of the fire station without justifiable reasons.
2. A, the representative of the Defendant Incorporated Foundation B, committed the above violation in relation to the Defendant’s business at the same date, time, and place as described in paragraph (1).
