A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence 1, 2, and 3 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 02:00 on September 17, 2015, the Defendant, who attempted special larceny and special larceny, went to a road front of the E Company B parking lot located in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City, Gangseo-gu, on September 17, 2015, with the Defendant’s wife (a disposition of suspending indictment on the same day), and C, on the road in front of the E Company B parking lot in Gangseo-gu, Busan, and the Defendant: (a) destroyed the glass window of the said car by inserting the victim G parked in the above place by inserting the hM5 car’s glass crepan; and (b) caused the damage of the said car by inserting the body in a cresh of the windows, and (c) carried one boom box box in an amount of KRW 350,00, market value owned by the
