A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four years.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] The Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes in the Military Branch of the Jeonju District Court on October 20, 2010, and was sentenced to three years of habitual larceny on July 8, 2015. On October 8, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to four years of imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny (the retrial against the High Court 2013 High High Court 47 High Court 201, Apr. 10, 2014) on November 5, 2017.

1. Around December 5, 2017, the Defendant, at the front parking lot of “G cafeteria” located in Seodaemun-gu Seoul, Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, destroyed the Defendant’s crime against the victim E by destroying the repair cost equivalent to KRW 200,000 by detecting the car at the victim E owned by the victim, and destroying the equipment in the vehicle by using the divers prepared in advance to steal the goods in the vehicle.
