A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a car by driving his own C.

1. On October 00, 2013, the Defendant: (a) driven the said vehicle at a distance of 500 meters from the front road in the vicinity of the Gansan-dong Bridge in Busan to the front day of the Dongsan middle school in the same year without obtaining a driver’s license at around 00:20 on October 1, 2013.

2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (AFS) by the Defendant driving the said vehicle at the date, time, and place specified in paragraph (1) and left the scene without immediately stopping the said vehicle and failing to take necessary measures, even though he was driven by the Defendant for damage to KRW 1,139,700 of the repair cost, and was parked on the opposite road due to the occupational negligence going beyond the median line to the next intersection along a speed of one-lane road from the next intersection of the intersection of the year to the 6-dong post office along the rear intersection of the road.

3. A person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall not operate a vehicle on the road, even though he does not join a compulsory examination. The Defendant operated the said vehicle at a time and place specified in paragraph (1) at a distance of about 500 meters from the front day of the same year from the front day of the same year middle school in the middle of the same year.

4. A person who takes over a motor vehicle registered in violation of the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall file an application for the registration of transfer of the ownership of a motor vehicle with the Mayor/Do Governor, as prescribed by Presidential Decree, but the defendant did not file an application for the registration of transfer even after he/she takes over a motor vehicle from a Buddhist male on August 5, 2013 when he/she took over the motor vehicle from a Buddhist male on his/her own.
