Punishment of the crime

1. From the beginning of November 201, Defendant A, B, and C posted a letter on the content that they design, produce, and distribute a private sports soil site on various Internet portal sites, and Defendant B consulted with the people reporting it. Defendant C revised the picture files necessary to design and produce a private sports soil site using the stop site. Defendant A shared with each other’s roles by designing, manufacturing, and selling a private sports soil site through the Internet using the stop program purchased from an unspecified person. Defendant A planned to design, produce, and distribute a private sports soil site that is conducted in a manner similar to that of the Internet site (G) entrusted by the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation to create the National Sports Fund.

No person who violates the National Sports Promotion Act shall design, manufacture or distribute a system of issuing sports promotion betting tickets or similar by means of information and communications networks, or provide such a system to the public for use.

Nevertheless, on March 2012, the Defendants received 3.2 million won as the manufacturing price from the non-standing members to the accounts of community credit cooperatives (H) in the name of D, and then determined the distribution rate by receiving the amount of betting money from members on the Internet according to their respective roles, and then designed and produced a private sports soil site designed to exchange the amount of betting amount and the amount of money according to the distribution rate for the members of the sports games, such as camping districts, storage facilities, distribution facilities, and farming districts, which are held in Korea and abroad, according to the results of various sports games, such as camping districts, storage facilities, distribution facilities, and farming districts.

As a result, the Defendants issued sports betting tickets or similar via information and communications networks in collusion.
