Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 2013, the Defendant: (a) designed, produced, sold, or leased the illegal sports entertainment site; and (b) placed an advertisement that opened an Internet website, and sells or leases the private sports entertainment site. (c) Around August 2013, the Defendant concluded that the Defendant would be able to impose money if he/she maintains and manages it; and (d) placed an advertisement that opened the Internet website, and sells or leases the private sports sports entertainment site.

The defendant purchased the completed private sports soil site site site site in KRW 2.5 million from C which he came to know in the Internet, and then will take charge of general business affairs including the sales of the private sports soil site and the modification of events, and D will continuously renew the business schedule and the distribution rate of the game in order to maintain and manage the sale or lease of the private sports soil site.

Around October 16, 2013, the Defendant and D designed and manufactured a private sports soil site of "F", which can exchange money according to betting amount and dividend rate, to the members of the sports betting group, based on the results of various sports games, such as the camping exit, stable, and exhaust, which are held at home and abroad, around 16, 2013, and sold to G after receiving KRW 300,000,000,000 from around 1 month after receiving KRW 900,000,000, and continued to renew server maintenance and sports sports games, and until November 2013, the Defendant and D maintained and sold or leased the private sports soil site at least six times in total, as shown in the attached list of crimes, by designing and manufacturing the sports soil site.

As a result, the Defendant conspired with D to design, manufacture, distribute sports betting tickets or other similar things through information and communications networks, or provided them for public use.
