Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant, as a herb doctor, is a person who operates a single Council member under the trade name of “Chanwon” in the Gunsan City B.

Although the Defendant accurately recorded the details of the actual medical treatment of a patient who was within a Korean medical clinic and claimed the medical care benefits, the Defendant prepared false medical records or prepared false medical records as if he/she had provided medical treatment as if he/she had provided medical treatment to a patient on the date of not receiving delivery by claiming an increase of the number of days within a Korean medical clinic, and used them to obtain the medical care benefits from the National Health Insurance Corporation.

2. On January 2, 2015, the Defendant prepared a medical record book as if he/she did not prescribe a medicine, such as knee, in the absence of a provision of a medicine, such as knee, knee, knee, in a single Council member, and prepared a medical record book as if he/she did so.
