Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. On January 2015, the Plaintiff prepared a standard form for loan transaction and loan transaction with Defendant B (hereinafter “the first loan certificate of this case”). Around January 2015, the Plaintiff is a loan deposit of KRW 200 million with Defendant B, overdue interest rate of KRW 49% per annum, and the debtor B, the guarantor C, and the Plaintiff’s creditor (hereinafter “the Plaintiff”).
