1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. A. On January 16, 2017, F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”) that operates a Gulet store entered into a specific purchase transaction agreement with G Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”) as follows:

(hereinafter referred to as “the instant specific purchase transaction agreement”. Article 1 (Basic Matters): 22% of the fee rate of clothing ( brand name: Pama golf) transaction: The term of validity of this contract is until January 15, 2018.

Article 6 (Payment of Goods Prices, etc.) (1) Payment Terms: Cash (2) Payment Date: the last day of the following month as of the closing date of sale. (3) Cooperative (referring to "G"; hereinafter the same shall apply) shall register the settlement account number of a financial institution with F.

(4) When the F makes a payment to a cooperator, it may be paid after deducting various expenses incurred in relation to the promotional activities, etc. under Article 8. In such cases, the F shall notify the cooperator of the details of the deduction.

Article 11 (Termination of Contract) If any of the following events occurs, the F may terminate this contract, and the termination of the contract shall not affect any claim for damages:

(4) Where the sales of a cooperator falls under the lower 30% of the same group of products during his/her contract period and a scheme for improving the sales is submitted, but the average sales are not improved for three months thereafter, if he/she intends to cancel the main contract under Article 12 (Aggravated Termination), he/she shall notify the other party of the reason for termination in writing three months

Provided, That this shall not apply in the case of Article 11.

Article 13 (Renewal of Contract) The renewal of this contract shall be deemed to be renewed for six months under the same conditions, if no separate declaration of intention is made in writing at least one month before the expiration of the contract period.

Article 17 (Prohibition of Interference with Business) (1) Where this contract is terminated, regardless of the expiration, termination, etc. of the contract term, the Cooperative shall immediately be promoted at the store.
