1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. (1) On December 14, 1957, the Plaintiff: (a) on December 14, 1957, KRW 1,917,00,000 (hereinafter “pre-division of land”).
(2) On December 14, 1957, the registration of ownership preservation was completed on the Gu Government District Court, Macheon Registry, 2610, which was received on December 14, 1957. On October 22, 1976, Defendant A completed the registration of ownership transfer on the land before subdivision on July 2, 1976. (2) The land before subdivision was restored on March 31, 1965, and was converted into the area of 6,337 square meters on May 1, 1979, and thereafter, each land listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each land”).
3) As to the land listed in the separate sheet No. 1, 1983, E on January 25, 1983, the registration of transfer based on sale on January 24, 1983, the registration of transfer by Defendant A on June 21, 1993, the registration of transfer based on sale on August 26, 2005 by Defendant B on August 25, 2005, the registration of transfer based on sale by Defendant B on September 11, 2015, and the registration of transfer based on land expropriation by September 8, 2015, the registration of transfer by the Plaintiff on September 25, 1983, the registration of transfer by agreement on January 24, 1983, each of the land listed in the separate sheet No. 3728, Oct. 16, 203; and the registration of transfer by the Plaintiff on September 31, 2016, each of which was completed by agreement.
5 With respect to the land listed in attached list No. 3, the registration of ownership transfer made by E on January 25, 1983 on January 24, 1983, the registration of ownership transfer made by Defendant A on June 21, 1993, the registration of ownership transfer made by Defendant A on May 19, 1993, and the registration of ownership transfer made on February 13, 2014 on February 12, 2014 by agreement.
B. The Plaintiff, including the Plaintiff’s compensation, completed the registration of ownership transfer of each of the instant land, and the Defendant A as compensation therefor.
