A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On June 3, 2019, at around 23:46, the Defendant, on the front of the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City B apartment, killed the victim by assaulting the victim on the ground that the victim C (the age of 61) arrived at the destination of the D personal taxi that is operated by the victim C (the age of 61), spits the victim's spiting the victim's booms, spits the victim's neck into the ske-si taxi without paying the taxi fee, and then the victim skes the victim's necks and left hand into the ske-si in his/her hand. On June 3, 2019, at around 23:55 on June 3, 2019, the Defendant received 112 reports, and obstructed the legitimate execution of police officers’ duties regarding the handling of the reported case by assaulting the F’s hand by assaulting the F’s hand to the 112 police officer, who caused the Defendant’s personal information, to the F, in order for F to verify his/her personal information.
