Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information on April 3, 2013 after having been sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor and five years of suspended execution at the Seoul High Court on April 25, 2013 due to a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (special quasi-rape).

On November 20, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Child Uniforms Act and a crime of obscenity in a public performance, and the judgment became final and conclusive on February 25, 2016.

On January 12, 2015, the Defendant visited the Yeongdeungpo Military Police Station and submitted personal information, which was written in his/her own writing, submitted false information on his/her job name, contact information, and address.

Although the Defendant entered a corporation B on May 1, 2015, he/she did not submit a modified personal information within 20 days from the date of the occurrence of the changed personal information, until May 20, 2015, and even if he/she retired on July 30, 2015, the Defendant was within 20 days from the date of the occurrence of the changed personal information.

8. Until 18.00, the applicant did not submit a modified personal information.

Although the Defendant joined a corporation C on August 1, 2015, he did not submit a modified personal information until August 20, 2015, within 20 days from the date of the occurrence of the changed personal information.

The Defendant, on August 21, 2015, moved from his last place of residence to an unknown actual place of residence, but did not submit a revised personal information by September 9, 2015, which was within 20 days from the date of the occurrence of the changed personal information.
