Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On February 10, 2015, the Defendant is a person subject to registration of personal information from April 13, 2015 to August 31, 2031, who was sentenced to imprisonment for a similar rape by the Busan High Court on April 13, 2015.

Where the basic personal information submitted is changed, a person subject to registration of personal information shall submit the reason and details of the change to the head of a police office having jurisdiction over his/her domicile within 20 days from the date of occurrence

1. The Defendant did not submit a written change of personal information to the competent police station within 20 days after he/she newly registered the same gas station B around July 14, 2017 under the name of the Defendant, and the changed personal information was changed.

2. On July 25, 2017, the Defendant did not submit a written change of personal information to the competent police station within 20 days, in the name of “D”, which was the name of “D” in the Seocho-gu Busan Metropolitan City, to operate the petroleum, the wholesale and retail business, and the changed personal information was changed.
