Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At the same time, the Defendant, along with friendly job offering C (n, 25 years of age), recruited a man to buy sex only under the conditions of smartphone-making type D, and then received cash 100,000 won from such male. C directly engaged in commercial sex acts and shared his/her role as a branch in return for the payment of commercial sex acts with the Defendant. On December 2, 2016, the Defendant sought from a smartphone to write off his/her name in the above D only on the conditions of the smartphone, and then requested the above C to purchase the same sex as the price for commercial sex acts, and around that time, by December 5, 2016, he/she had the above C engage in commercial sex acts, such as arranging commercial sex acts, including arranging commercial sex acts, by not later than 00,000 won, from December 5, 2016.
