A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 21, 2010, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 1 million for a fine of KRW 1 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) from the Gwangju District Court’s Netcheon Branch on June 21, 201, and KRW 3 million for the same crime in the above court on July 18, 201.

On April 24, 2013, at around 13:55, the Defendant driven a gallon ballon, without a driver’s license, from around one kilometer to one kilometer to one gallonian road in the Galyang-do Mayang-do, Manyang-do, an international lives road in the Gamyang-do, Gamyang-do.
