Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a X-ray car.

On March 28, 2017, at around 00:15, the Defendant driven a BEX car at a speed of 0.153% alcohol level while under the influence of alcohol level 0.53% in the south-gu, Busan. Around March 28, 2017, the Defendant proceeded at a speed that would not be known to the opposite side of the gate.

In such cases, there was a duty of care to operate the steering gear and operation system properly by properly manipulating the steering gear and operation system with a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the defendant was unable to properly operate the steering gear and the steering gear under the influence of alcohol, and was driven by the victim C (58 tax) who was driven on the right line in the same direction.
