A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant is a person who operates a comprehensive food waste recycling business in the name of the I located in H on both weeks, and supplies fine feed.

From May 28, 2014 to January 5, 2017, the Defendant manufactured the unused feed to be remaining food from the I located in H in both weeks from May 28, 2014, and supplied the foregoing vehicles to the Defendant-owned J (from May 28, 2014) and K (from October 8, 2014), and operated the said vehicles in the state of non-registration.
