Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 12:25 on February 23, 2015, the Defendant driven a vehicle B 140 while under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.06% at the Gangseo-gu Highway located in the Seocho-gu Port of the Seocho-gu, Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do.
2. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person engaging in driving a vehicle B i40.
The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol as above, driven the said car at the above time, led to the driving of the said car to the new rest area from the edge of the door stop to the 138 km-dong Highway located at the Seocho-gu Port of the Gangwon-gu, the Seocho-gu.
At the time, the Defendant, prior to the same direction, got off the victim C(64 years old) driving and followed a car.
