Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Ultimately, the Defendant suffered, from the above occupational negligence, the victim F’s salt, tensions, etc., i40 knife base and tensions that require approximately three-day medical treatment, and the victim LA (39 knife base and tensions that require approximately two-day medical treatment to the victim H, a chest strings, etc. of a chest flife that require approximately two-day medical treatment to the victim H, and a chest flife of a chest flife that requires approximately two-month medical treatment to the victim H, and the victim J, for approximately two-day flife base and tensions, respectively.
