A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

1,642,00 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The additional collection charge shall be equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Purchasing crypoids;

A. From around August 2017, the Defendant purchased a penphone with cash of 300,000 won and 0.7 grophones (i.e., one philophone; hereinafter “philophones”) located in Asan-si B, Asan-si around 3 p.m. around the end of 2017.

B. Around September 2017, the Defendant: (a) promised the above D to pay 100,000 won in cash at the Dong-gu Daejeon Ecom’s Maurster; and (b) purchased philophones by using 0.3g philophones.

around September 2017, the Defendant purchased philophones with cash of KRW 300,00,000 and approximately KRW 0.4g to 0.7g of philophones.

(d)

around September 2017, the Defendant purchased 30,000 won in cash and 0.4g to 0.7g of philophones, which was set up in front of the exit No. C Station No. 3, around the end of 2017.

E. On October 2017, the Defendant: (a) sought from G located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul; and (b) purchased chophones by means of moving KRW 300,000 in cash to a Buddhist account known to D, after finding 0.6g of the chophones sent by the said D to the chophones.

F. In around October 2017, the Defendant purchased a penphone with cash of KRW 300,00,000 and 0.7g philopon, which was set up in front of the exit No. 3 of the above C Station around the end of October 2017.

G. On November 29, 2017, the Defendant purchased 300,000 won in cash and 0.5g philopon with a philopon, around 10:10,000.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On August 2017, the Defendant administered philophones three times over seven days at the house of the Defendant of Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I building Jho-ho, inserting 0.03 gopphones into water in a single-use injection instrument for dilution with water, and injection into the bloodline such as right generated, etc.

B. The Defendant is a police officer around September 2017.
