Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiffs’ work force was appointed as public officials of the Korea Railroad Workers’ Union, a telegraphic body of the Defendant, and the Korea Railroad was converted to the Defendant on December 31, 2005, and the Defendant was the Defendant’s employee upon comprehensive succession of the rights and obligations of the Korea Railroad. The Plaintiffs’ work force in the Korea Railroad and the Defendant are as follows.
(1) On January 15, 199, the date and time of classification A, details of promotion, and disciplinary action shall be promoted to Grade 8 at the Korea Railroad. From July 21, 2003 to October 20, 2005, the date and time of suspension from office on October 1, 2005, and the cancellation of disciplinary action against Grade 5 on October 21, 2006, which was promoted to Grade 6: (a) on November 4, 2006; (b) on November 1, 2006, the cancellation of the disciplinary action against Grade 6; (c) on November 3, 201, the date and time of promotion; (d) the appointment to Grade 6: (d) the appointment to Grade 8; (d) the appointment to Grade 6: (e) the appointment to Grade 1; and (e) the appointment to Grade 6: (e) the release from position as Grade 9 on September 18, 2019;
B. On December 3, 2004, the Administrator of the Korean Railroad Workers' Union and the Special Organization Agreements (the term of validity, in accordance with Article 2 of the Addenda, shall be two years from January 1, 2005) have entered into on December 3, 2004, and among them, the provisions of the Annex to the Special Organization Agreements on the Conversion of Position and Promotion are as follows:
