Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On October 27, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to 8 months of imprisonment and 2 years of suspended execution for violating the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents at Seoul Northern District Court, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 4, 2015.

Around 13:50 on July 31, 2015, the Defendant sent the victim’s instant sexual relation pictures to the victim’s male-child group by using the “Kakakaox” text service of his mobile phone in the vicinity of the Gangseo-gu Seoul Northerndong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, to send the victim’s sexual relation pictures to the victim’s male-child group. On the same day, the Defendant sent the victim’s words “I will find the victim’s sexual relation so much and unsatised,” and the word “I will turn off to the four house” at around 15:48 on the same day. Around 18:15 on the same day, the Defendant threatened the victim, respectively, by transmitting the word “I will die in the Jinusususus, because I will go to the four house.”
