Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and Defendant B’s joint criminal conduct are owners running commercial sex acts from November 24, 2018 to June 26, 2018 with the trade name “F” in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D buildings and E, and are responsible for the cost including lease deposit and the job offering of sexual traffic. Defendant B, as the head of the above commercial sex acts place, was responsible for advertising on the commercial sex acts advertising site and collecting commercial sex acts by receiving subscription money.

After advertising the above commercial sex acts on the advertising site of "G" and "H", the Defendants reported the above commercial sex acts around November 24, 2018, and received KRW 1.60,000 per hour from three sexual buyers who found in the above commercial sex acts, and caused C and non-commercial sex women to sexual intercourse with the above sexual sex buyers, and around November 25, 2018, the above commercial sex acts were reported on the advertisement, and 1.60,000 won were collected from three sexual buyers who found in the above commercial sex acts, and the non-commercial sex acts were ordered to sexual intercourse with the above sexual traffic acts. On November 26, 2018, the Defendants reported the above commercial sex acts to the above commercial sex acts and received KRW 230,000 for 20,000,000 from one sexual male buyer who found in the above commercial sex acts.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to commit acts such as arranging sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. On November 21, 2018, Defendant A requested B to “I am the head of the office to reduce the monthly salary of KRW 3.5 million, and if the police is controlled, I am the actual owner to make a statement.” On November 23, 2018, Defendant A obtained B’s consent by requesting “I am to prepare a lease contract for a sex trading business establishment in four names.”

The defendant, while operating a sexual traffic business establishment referred to in paragraph (1) as its owner, is in the police around November 26, 2018.
