[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months and a fine of five million won.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A shall operate a sexual traffic business establishment with the trade name "D" from Gangnam-gu Seoul and the fourth floor, and Defendant B shall be the head of the above business establishment.

At around 20:19 on December 20, 2018, Defendants: (a) received KRW 90,00 from male customers E, and arranged F (n, 25 years of age, nationality of Thailand) to have sexual intercourse with E, Defendant A from October 8, 2018; and (b) Defendant B from October 21, 2018 to December 20 of the same year, from around October 20, 2018 to around December 20 of the same year, the Defendants received the payment of sexual intercourse from many unspecified male customers who had discovered their possession of sexual intercourse with male customers.

As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.
