A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

At around 08:00 on April 30, 2012, the Defendant found evidence for the reason of divorce against the victim D (the age of 45) who is the spouse at the inside of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Apartment 8 Dong 701, and used the victim's arms to control the victim's goods while following the victim's goods, and used the victim's arms to attract his head to his hand.
