Punishment of the crime

On October 30, 2013, at around 01:20, the Defendant, while drunk at D main points in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, received 112 reports from the victim F and G belonging to the Namdong Police Station E-gu Police Station E-gu, which called “I see, tweet, tweet, chewing, hweet, hweet, and hweet, received money from the police officer, and tweeted the victims openly insulting the victims.”
