A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. A violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury) was committed on November 16, 2019 by the Defendant driving a B Radon car around 20:30 on November 16, 2019, leading from the Osan Park to the C Elementary School at the intersection in Busan Shipping Daegu.
