Punishment of the crime

While the Defendant was an employee of delivery female working in BDaca, the Defendant expressed the same attitude that he would not have any intention to marry with the victim even though he did not have any intention or ability to make a marriage with the victim even though he was aware of the fact that he had come to know of the fact that he had been given a coffee delivery to the repair center operated by the victim C while he was working in the said multilateral area, and had the victim married with the victim even though he did not have any intent or ability to make a full payment. On February 26, 2012, the Defendant would have had the victim induced by deceiving the victim and let him borrow the money from the victim. On the other hand, around 26, 2012, the Defendant would have to come to a marriage with the victim “I would have to go to move to a marriage by getting off the day, and would have to have it repaid. It would have to have been repaid first three million won after the loan.”

However, the defendant did not have any intention to marry with the victim and did not have any intention or ability to complete payment even if he borrowed money from the victim.

Accordingly, on February 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) by deceiving the victim as above; (b) obtained money from the victim to the agricultural bank account (E) in the name of the Defendant; and (c) obtained money from the victim; and (d) obtained money from the victim to May 25, 2012; and (b) obtained money totaling KRW 90,610,110 ( KRW 90,610,110) in total over 40 times, such as the attached crime list (1) and (2) from May 25, 2012, the Defendant acquired money totaling KRW 86,160,00, total sum of KRW 86,160,00, KRW 110 in the crime list (2) in the crime list in the name of the Defendant.
