The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below is just in finding the Defendant guilty of murder and larceny among the facts charged in the instant case on the grounds as stated in its reasoning, and there is no error of misapprehending the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence in violation of logical and empirical rules.

In addition, the argument that the judgment of the court below did not recognize mental disorder is not a legitimate ground for appeal, which is alleged in the ground for appeal by the defendant as the ground for appeal or by the court below as the subject of judgment ex officio.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
