As to the crimes of subparagraphs 1 through 5 of the judgment of the defendant, the crimes of Articles 6 through 12 of the judgment shall be punished by imprisonment for 4 months.

Punishment of the crime

On September 26, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 4 months by imprisonment for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Changwon District Court on September 26, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on October 5, 2013.

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On October 10, 2012, the Defendant provided approximately 0.03g of psychotropic drugs-related Mesofts (one philopon) by dilutioning malkopon (one philopon) with psychotropic drugs free of charge to Do residents living together.

2. The Defendant administered approximately 0.03 g of psychotropic drugs, in a time, at the same time, at a place, as above 1.1.m., in a dilution method, by drinking water.

3. On May 16, 2013, the Defendant received approximately 0.06 g of psychotropic drugs from Gamba-si, Sacheon-si, at the work site of a mother, where the name in Sacheon-si is unknown, and then received approximately 0.06 g of psychotropic drugs from Gamba-si.

4. At around 19:00 on May 16, 2013, the Defendant provided approximately 0.03gg of the psychotropic drugs received as above 3. at the same place as above 1.0, and provided them to d, a woman living together, by dilution with dilution, with approximately 0.06g of the psychotropic drugs received as above 0.06g.

5. The Defendant administered approximately 0.03 g of psychotropic drugs on coffee at the time, at the same time, and at a place as the above 4.1, by dilution with psychotropic drugs.

6. At around 17:00 on November 8, 2013, the Defendant received approximately 0.06 g of psychotropic drugs from the above E without compensation at its own residence located in the F of the Gyeongnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun.

7. At around 19:00 on November 8, 2013, the Defendant provided approximately 0.03g out of approximately 0.06g of psychotropic drugs, which were received as above 6.1, to the said D, by dilution with aquatic dilution, in a way that is below his/her dwelling place F, Sinnam-gun, Gyeongnam-gun, as described in the above 6.

8. The Defendant administered approximately 0.03 g of psychotropic drugs at the time, at the same time, and at the same place as the above 7.1, in a dilution method, by drinking them.

9. The Defendant goes around 17:00 on March 17, 2014.
