A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant was not a person handling narcotics, the Defendant received, administered, or provided psychotropic drugs-related Memphamine (Metphamine, crophone (hereinafter referred to as “philophone”) as follows:

1. On October 16, 2013, the Defendant received and delivered 0.09g phiphonephones from D on October 16, 2013, at around 18:00 around October 16, 2013.

2. On October 16, 2013, the Defendant, at the same time and place as described in paragraph (1), injected approximately 0.03g of philophones delivered as described in paragraph (1), and administered philophones by means of dilution of approximately 0.03g of philophones, which were delivered as described in paragraph (1), with a single-use injection device, and injection of philophones into one’s spulphosis.

3. On October 17, 2013, the Defendant, at around 21:00 on October 17, 2013, administered optophones by means of dilutioning approximately 0.03g of the remaining optophones, which were received and administered as described in subparagraphs 1 and 2, around 105, around 17, 2013, with a single-use injection device, after dilution approximately 0.03g of the optophones.

4. On October 17, 2013, the Defendant provided F with approximately 0.03g of philophones free of charge at the same date, time, and place as described in paragraph 3.

5. On October 30, 2013, the Defendant received and delivered 0.045 g of phiphones from D on October 30, 2013, around 21:30 on October 30, 2013.

6. On October 30, 2013, the Defendant, at the same time and place as described in paragraph 5, administered approximately 0.045 g of philopon, which was delivered as described in paragraph 5, by means of dilution with a single-use injection device, using a single-use injection device, to injection it into its spopic spoper.
