A Imprisonment with prison labor of one year and six months, and Defendant B shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor of one year.

However, for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. At around 02:00 on December 2, 2018, the Defendant taken two times the victim’s sexual intercourses with the Defendant’s cell phone screen pictures using the Defendant’s mobile phone screen pictures in a state where the victim faces the Defendant’s sexual organ by using the Defendant’s mobile phone screen pictures, and the victim’s sexual organ inserted the Defendant’s sexual organ into the victim’s sexual organ in a state where the Defendant was in the state of the body.

Accordingly, the defendant taken the body of another person who may cause sexual humiliation or shame on the defendant's cell phone camera against his will.

B. On December 2, 2018, at around 04:32-05:02, the Defendant sent four photographs to a Kakao Stockholm group in which E, F, G, H, I, J, K, K, L, M, etc. participated, as described in the foregoing paragraph (a).

In this respect, the Defendant provided the victim with photographs taken of his body that may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame against his will.

C. At around 15:00 on December 3, 2018, the Defendant sent two sexually related images taken by the Defendant against the victim’s will at the Kakao Kakao Pacific-si located adjacent to the Masan Training Center located in Seosan-si, Seosan-si, as described in the foregoing paragraph (a).

In this respect, the Defendant provided the victim with photographs taken of his body that may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame against his will.

2. At the end of December 2018, Defendant B sent two images of the victim’s sexual intercourses from A, as described in the foregoing 1-C, to the Kakao Stockholm.

In this respect, the Defendant provided the victim with photographs taken of his body that may cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame against his will.
