[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive, the above sentence shall be executed.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. A. On March 2019, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s relative residence in Silung-si, Silung-si, 2019, taken pictures of the face of D and the victim E (n, 15 years of age) on the same room floor of the same room as the Defendant’s cell phone image recording function of the Defendant’s mobile video recording function, in which the sexual relationship was defective.

As a result, the Defendant distributed and provided photographs or reproductions taken against his/her will by using cameras or other similar devices, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame.

2. On March 25, 2019, Defendant B sent one of the images of the victim’s sexual relation to the victim who was sent by friendly A, as described in paragraph 1(b), at H located on the first floor of G building at the time of the game entertainment, using the I Mesenger’s cell phone installed in the Defendant’s cell phone.

As a result, the Defendant distributed and provided photographs or reproductions taken against his/her will by using cameras or other similar devices, which may cause sexual humiliation or shame.
