A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. From November 6, 2014 to 02:06:40 on November 6, 2014, the Defendant: (a) at the 7th floor room in Seoul KatoTol Character Hospital in Seocho-gu, Seoul, Seocho-gu, 222 as the distribution of Seocho-gu, the Defendant stolen the victim’s cash possession of the victim C, 70,000 won, resident registration certificates, driver’s license certificates, one copy, and two copies of credit cards.

The Defendant, including this, stolen another’s property from the above date to February 20, 2015, at least nine times, as indicated in the list of offenses (1).

2. Around 07:00 on January 19, 2015, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the E Hospital E Hospital Desired room No. 45-dong, 3, E Hospital located in Dongjak-gu Seoul, Dongjak-gu, Seoul; and (b) stolen the Defendant with a bank that contains a sum of KRW 1,195,00,000 in the sum of KRW 1,195,00,000 in cash owned by the victim F, the market price of which is KRW 1,00,000; (c) one handphone, one credit card and driver’s license; and (d) one gift certificate and one gift certificate, KRW 170,00 in total.

The Defendant, including that, from the above date to February 25, 2015, intruded into the room possessed by another person over 11 times in total, such as the list of crimes (2) in the annexed sheet, and thereby stolen or attempted another’s property.

3. On January 19, 2015, the Defendant violated the Fraud and the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act: (a) was boarding the bus No. 153 in G 153 operated by the E hospital referred to in the foregoing “2” to the official entertainment house (Seodong community service center) and was using a stolen credit card by paying the bus fee of KRW 1,050,050, by presenting the credit card in the name of the F, as if he was a legitimate licensee, as stated in the foregoing “2”); and (b) was using the stolen credit card and acquiring a pecuniary benefit equivalent to the same amount.
