1. Defendant A and B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

The Defendants did not pay each of the above fines.

Punishment of the crime

B and A are those who operate a wholesale and retail store with the mutual agricultural products of “H” in G located in Tong-si F in Tong-si, Tong-si, and Defendant C and D are those who grow dry field in the I apartment following the I apartment at the time of Tong-si, Tong-si, and the injured party J and K sell agricultural products in H side of the above G between husband and wife and cultivate dry field in the above I apartment after the above I apartment.

1. B. At around 09:00 on August 17, 2015, the Defendants: (a) even though the victims did not have stolen crops from another person’s dry field, the Defendants do not appear to be “the victims by a large voice as they listened by the victims; and (b) do so in the south field of dry field without any ground to the victims.
