Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 16, 2017, the Defendant damaged the dry field owned by the victim C, which was located in Pyeongtaek-gun B of Gangseowon, to the extent of KRW 4.80,00 of the cost of restoring the dry field owned by the victim, claiming that the dry field owned by the Defendant, inasmuch as the dry field was the land developed by himself prior to about 50 years prior to the said land was about 50 years, and that it was one meter wide, approximately 50cm in depth, approximately 60% in length, and approximately 60-70 meters in length, using the dry field leased by the Defendant.

2. Obstruction of business;

A. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, obstructed the victim’s farming profession by force by hedging the dry field of the victim C in the said manner.

B. On April 17, 2017, the Defendant asserted that the victim was one’s own land, since the victim F was leased to set up a farming house in E-owned dry field located in 08:00, Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do, and 3 lots of land from E, and that the victim F was one’s own land before several hundreds of land and three parcels of land developed from E, and the Defendant claimed that the victim was one’s own land.

In doing so with a large sound, “To prevent the victim from standing a farming machine that leads to dry field reed, sited in the front thereof, or bed, and interfered with the victim’s towing farming affairs by force, such as lyinging.

On April 22, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the Defendant’s worship farming business of the Victim F in the same manner at the places described in the port of port (b) around 08:00.

(d)

On April 23, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the Defendant’s worship farming business of the Victim F in the same manner at the places described in the port of port (b) around 08:00.

E. On April 24, 2017, the Defendant interfered with the Victim F’s worship farming business at around 08:00 at the same place as indicated in the port of port.

F. On April 28, 2017, from around 10:00 to 13:00, the Defendant interfered with the victim F’s farming business in the same manner as the victim F’s farming business at the same place as indicated in the port of port.
