Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaged in driving a unregistered motor bicycle without a license plate.

1. At around 09:40 on September 26, 2019, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter referred to as the “Road Traffic Act”) passed by proceeding the intersection in front of the Gyeonggi-gu Gampung-gun B from the hump gate to the hump basin.

There are no signals, and traffic control is not performed, and the width of the intersection is larger than that of the road in which the defendant is running, and the victim C is driving a motor vehicle on the intersection. A person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act and the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) shall not drive any motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance, and a person shall not drive any motor vehicle without a driver's license, and the defendant, at the date and time stated in paragraph (1), operated the said motor vehicle, which is not covered by mandatory insurance at a section of about 20 km from the front of a de facto de facto de facto de facto terminal in Gyeonggi-gu to the front distance in Gyeonggi-si B, and drive the said motor vehicle without a driver's license.
