A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

No motor vehicle which is not covered by the mandatory insurance of 2016 Height 1581 shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, on March 12, 2016, the Defendant operated a DM5 vehicle without obtaining a driver's license from the front of the dwelling area located in Pyeongtaek-gun C around 09:10 on March 12, 2016 to the front of the 1908-1, the 45km-ro, Namyang-si, Namyang-si, without obtaining a driver's license from the front of the dwelling area located in Pyeongtaek-gun C.

On May 10, 2016, the Defendant was indicted of non-detained on the violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licenseless Driving), etc. at the Jung-gu District Court on May 10, 2016 and is currently pending trial. On May 17, 2016, the Defendant was indicted on the charge of violation of the Road Traffic Act (non-licenseless Driving) at the Jung-gu District Court on June 6, 2016 and has six the same kind of power.

On May 24, 2016, the Defendant driven a car owned by the Defendant without obtaining a driver’s license from around 1km section of around 1km to the 14:18 Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, Gyeong-gun, GY 520 car without obtaining a driver’s license from around 1km in the same day from around 14:18 on the same day.

1. On March 24, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a DSS5 vehicle without a driver’s license on the part of approximately 30km away from the 19:00 Gyeong-si, Gyeong-si; (b) from the 19:00 Gyeong-si, Namyang-si; and (c) from the 19:0 MM5 vehicle without a driver’s license, to the 854 Kanyang-si, Nanyang-si

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act is a holder of DSS5 car.

No automobile which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, the Defendant operated the said car without being covered by the automobile mandatory insurance at the time and place specified in paragraph 1.

On April 19, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of three million won due to a violation of road traffic law (unlicensed driving) by the Jung-gu District Court on April 19, 2015, and on May 10, 2016, the Defendant was also sentenced to the same crime in the same court.
